Terms and Conditions — 10wincom Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 10wincom platform, accessible at 10wincom.bet. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 10wincom platform — including placing bets, participating in promotions, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals — you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood their content, and agreed to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 10wincom platform. Continuing to use the platform after any revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. 10wincom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you or a third party who gained access to your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 10wincom support team immediately. 10wincom will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• One account per person — multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and bonuses forfeited.
• Account details can be updated by contacting support with appropriate verification.
• 10wincom reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time for the purpose of verification.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity review by 10wincom.

10wincom operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, wins, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 10wincom is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 10wincom does not accept third-party deposits. 10wincom charges no fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where applicable. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within five minutes. IBFT withdrawals may take up to thirty minutes. 10wincom charges no fees on withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or payment methods registered in your name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• 10wincom may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawal requests.
• Any attempt to reverse a legitimate deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider while a balance remains on 10wincom constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5 for details.

From time to time, 10wincom offers bonuses and promotional rewards to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit(s). Specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are detailed in the applicable promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Real money funds in your balance are wagered before bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus promotion can be held per account at any given time on 10wincom, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: 10wincom reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is detected. This includes coordinated play between accounts, arbitrage betting designed to exploit bonus terms, or misuse of multiple accounts.
• Expiry: Bonuses not activated or wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. 10wincom does not accept bet cancellations after placement unless a technical error on the platform is established.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the result recorded by the game provider's server is considered the authoritative result. Where a discrepancy exists between on-screen display and server records, the server record prevails.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before the outcome is determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

Where 10wincom identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take any of the following actions: suspend or close the account, withhold or void any balances or pending withdrawals, and seek legal remedies where applicable.
